Structural design study including foundation and preparation of employers requirement for this project including multi-stories of columbarium block constructed at Kwai Yue Street, provides about 68,500 niches with related facilities. The repetitive arrangement of I-shape niche facilitate the adoption of MiC and DfMA construction approach to enhance work quality and minimize the amount of site work coping with labor shortage and more friendly environment.
