Mannings–Egis Joint Venture has been engaged by the Civil Engineering and Development Department and the Transport Department to undertake an investigation, design and construction consultancy for the road works for Smart and Green Mass Transit System Phase 1 in Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area (HSK/HT NDA). The system (including Phase 1 and the remaining phase) will run through HSK/HT NDA and Yuen Long South Development to provide connections to the Tuen Ma Line, the Light Rail, and major public transport interchanges. We have assembled a robust team comprising international and Mainland experts to take part in the consultancy.
