We were engaged by CEDD for the proposed site formation and associated infrastructural works for development of columbarium in Sham Shui Po. One major portion is to be located to the north of Ching Cheung Road near St. Raphael’s Catholic Cemetery (namely Portion A) and a minor portion at the Piper’s Hill Low Level Fresh Water Service Reservoir (namely Portion B). The key requirements to investigate the land formation, limited space and traffic facilities for 6,500 niches in Portion A and maximize the provision in Portion B.
