CE 35/2020 (HY) Road Works in Connection with Proposed Housing Development on 4 Sites (Package 2B) – Feasibility Study

We were engaged by HyD to carry out the necessary studies with feasible and viable options of road works that will satisfy both the requirements of HyD and TD in providing road layouts to the 4 identified sites (Ying Pun (Northern and Southern portions), North of Tai Po Sports Ground and area close to Heng Fa Chuen, Chan Wai, by PlanD and LandsD for them to consider rezoning for potential housing developments within short to medium terms, to gauge the view from CEDD for any interface housing developments particularly the infrastructure works at Kwu Tung so that we could overview any impact to the 4 areas globally in order to make the study options feasible taking account of the proposed and existing developments.
