We were engaged by HyD for the proposed Hillside Escalator Links and Elevator System (HEL) projects for providing HEL at the three locations mentioned in the Agreement title. The aim of HEL projects is to enhance the accessibility of hillside areas through construction of a mix of pedestrian facilities, such as footbridges, subways, lifts, elevated walkway, escalator links, etc. Upon completion of the projects at the three locations, the accessibility can be greatly improved and brings convenience to the pedestrian at the areas.
