We are responsible for the structural design of residential building with basement in Tung Chung including three 9-storey towers over one level of semi-basement carpark. In order to shorten the construction period, feasibility of concrete MiC was considered to shift site construction (including internal decoration / fittings) of towers back to fabrication factory earlier to for easy site erection, minimizing future site concreting works and enhance quality.
