We are the structural and geotechnical consultant appointed by ArchSD to carry out hypothetical design study and prepare the employer’s requirement for a new Sports Centre at Area 12, Yuen Long. The new sports centre locates in the Scheduled Area No.2 and consists of 8-storey above ground with single storey basement car park. Public Transport Interchange will be provided at the ground floor of the building, sports facilities, district library, multi-purpose hall and games arena will be provided on the upper floors.
