Again, we were employed by HyD in September 2019 for this Assignment under the under the Third Phase of the UAP, including provision of UA facilities as well as associated works for 35 Walkways located in Tsuen Wan and Tuen Mun Districts. Similar to CE 52/2018(HY), the priority task is to ascertain the feasibility and obtain the consensus from maintenance and management parties particularly non-HyD walkways including legal agreement, during the Investigation Phase. To promptly arrange pre-construction works contract to identify utilities, TTA trial runs will be conducted for affirming the lift locations. In addition, our specific objectives are to enhance accessibility for all the Walkways with efficient functioning of the UAF and BFA, ease of construction with safety and sustainability. We should rks to be carried out in a fast track manner with a view to commencing the Early Construction Walkways in the third quarter of 2020 for completion and commission by the first quarter of 2024. The Remaining Walkways is aimed at commencement in 2021 for completion and commission by 2026.
