We have provided prompt, practical advice and remarkable guidance to the Project Manager and his delegates in reviewing and processing the early warnings, and monitoring the risk register. Various early warnings were successfully resolved in the regular risk reduction meetings. The assessment of compensation event quotations was quick and efficient as a result of the thorough exchange of views and information under the early warnings process.
