Construction of a new cycle track (with footpath) which is about 11km in length from Kam Tin River in Yuen Long to Sheung Yue River in Sheung Shui consisting of 3 bridges, 2 subways, 3 resting stations at Kam Pok Road including landscaping and associated environmental works.
