We were employed by HyD and the Package 2 of this project is NEC. At the early stage of this assignment, we had swiftly arranged NEC workshop and option evaluation and managed to recommended this contract to use Option B in view of the uncertainty of foundation works for retrofitting lifts to existing footbridges and subways in urban areas. Our NEC workshop and options evaluation were presented to HyD and won their appreciation.
