We have completed the 2-Storey Building with swimming pool at Tai Po Old Market Public School (Plover Cove). This project calls for the addition of an indoor swimming pool to the existing school. The biggest challenge of this project was that during the construction of the additional swimming pool, the functional area of the school would not be jeopardized. the operation of the school shall be maintained at all time while the construction programme is compacted to 6 month in order to boost up the opening of the swimming pool for the new terms of the school. All Building Regulations had to be observed particularly the fire fighting and handicapping facilities that increased the challenges particularly the available space for the swimming pool was extremely limited.
