We have been appointed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) as the Independent Checker for the development of the new Public Riding School (PRS) at the restored landfill site (TKOL II/III) in Tseung Kwan O. The site has a total area of approximately 42 hectares and consists of three relatively flat platforms (namely the Upper Platform, Middle Platform, and Lower Platform), with about 5 hectares available for development. In addition to the construction of the PRS facilities, the project also includes civil and geotechnical works, such as access road improvement works and natural terrain mitigation measures. This will be the fourth PRS in Hong Kong, and it is expected to accommodate up to 50,000 visitors annually.
