We were engaged as sub-consultant for the DSD Agreement No. CE 20/2024 (DS) San Tin Effluent Polishing Plant – Design and Construction. The San Tin Technopole is a mega-scale and complex development aiming to meet the long-term housing, social and economic needs of Hong Kong. In order to support the development, DSD committed to construct a new tertiary effluent polishing plant (i.e. San Tin Effluent Polishing Plant (STEPP)) with a capacity of 125,000 m3/day for tertiary treatment level. In this Project, Mannings was responsible for ground investigation works, traffic impact assessment, structural and foundation design, public consultation and Building Information Modelling (BIM), etc.
