We were engaged by MTRCL under the Consultancy Agreement no. A318.A-24C (Package B) to provide Consultancy Services for Condition Survey and Design Enhancement for Trackside Metal Fixture. The aim of the project is to conduct visual and structural inspections of various type of trackside metal assets across the operating railway lines including the East Rail Line and the High-Speed Rail. We are required to provide desk studies on record drawings, preliminary investigations, detailed survey planning, management strategies and proposals for repair and replacement works for defects identified. We also provide recommendation for design enhancement on trackside fixtures and equipment to relief the future maintenance regimes and inspection cycles.
