This is a design and build contract under the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD). We are the civil and structural designer to design a 2-storey Community Liaison Centre (CLC) located underneath the Tuen Ma Line MTRC viaduct. The CLC will be constructed by using steel MiC modules together with prefabricated steel portal frame and semi-precast slab (i.e. DfMA). The new CLC will be capable of hosting events for up to 100 guests and will include an exhibition area to showcase the heritage and history of the Hung Shui Kiu Ha Tsuen New Development Area. Smart innovation elements will also be incorporated into the project to promote sustainability and advanced technologies.
