We were also engaged by HyD for 2 Packages for the retrofitting of noise barriers and applying low noise surfacing materials on the concerned road sections including Package 1 for 7m high SE about 60m long on the southbound carriageway of Chai Wan Road and about 7m high CB for about 48m near Neptune Terrace and Package 2 for 7m high CB for about 80m adjacent to the eastbound carriageway of Island Eastern Corridor near Heng Fa Chuen Blocks 16 & 17.
