We were engaged by HyD for the proposed pedestrian walkway system that situated at the existing slope features which are currently managed and maintained by the owners of Hyde Towers, Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) and Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD). The lift tower is to be provided near the Wah Mei Lau and the elevated walkway is to connect at the opening area of the Kung Lok Road Children’s Playground. And we also have to maintain the existing staircase connecting platform of Wah Mei Lau and the Car Park of Lotus Tower landing at existing footpath along the access road of Kwun Tong Garden Estate by the retrofitting works.
