Mannings-SMEDI JV was engaged to provide consultancy services for Agreement No. CE 31/2025 (DS), a pioneering framework consultancy contract in Hong Kong for the critical rehabilitation and construction of 14.0 km of sewage rising mains across the territory, with the objectives of enhancing operational reliability and work safety, facilitating future inspection and maintenance, and reducing the risk of environmental pollution. Throughout the project’s implementation, we are committed to strategically resolving complex land constraints, mitigating traffic impacts, and proactively managing public stakeholder concerns. By leveraging innovative technologies in pipe condition survey and rehabilitation, we will ensure highly cost-effective, sustainable, and resilient sewerage solutions.
