We were engaged by HyD for 10 numbers of Walkways for this UAF Package 9 which are Non-HyD walkways. The Walkways consist of a single walkway or a group of walkways connecting with one and other. For the latter case, the group of walkways are treated as an integral walkway with multiple access points for providing retrofitting lifts. The key requirements are to provide services with the support from land conveyancing professionals to develop deed documents including but not limited to Deed Documents for each of the Walkways including construction of the lift retrofitting works within the Estate Common Areas and/or modification works to non-HyD walkways for execution between the HKSAR Government and the relevant IO/OC/DMC Manager/Management Parties or the HKHA of the respective housing estates.
